No, we do not accept mobile phones, tablets or gadgets that are locked to any mobile network or operator.

In order for us to inspect and check your phone, tablet or gadget properly, they need to be unlocked from any mobile phone operator or network. You will have to contact your mobile operator and request that they unlock your device by providing them with your device details or the phone IMEI number. We cannot do this for you, only the device owner can do this.

Before you send your phone or device to us, you will need to do the following;

1. If your device is a Phone, you need to ensure that the Find My iPhone (FMI) or “Find My Mobile” is switched off.
2. Please make sure the data on your device has been erased. Reset the device to Factory Settings to ensure this is done correctly.
3. Your device needs to be unlocked. Do not send your device to us if it locked to a mobile network, otherwise we will have to send it back to you. Contact your provider who will unlock your device for you.
4. Please remove the SIM card from your device.

Once these steps are completed, just package the device securely into a box or padded envelope. Print off the shipping label and send it to us. We will be in touch when we receive your phone or device.

Yes, you can send your phone or device into us by post.

If you cannot drop into one of our stores with your device, you can ship it into us. If you contact us by WhatsApp or fill out the form on our website with the device details, we will send you a shipping label so you can send your phone or device to us free of charge.

When sending your phone or device to us, please pack it so that it won’t be damaged during shipping by using a box and a padded envelope, for example.

We ask that you do not send us any accessories with your phone – the phone is all we need. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot resell any phone accessories. Including your headphones, case, charger, etc. Sending accessories will not raise the price you will receive for your phone.

You must use the prepaid shipping label we send you. We will send this through to the email address you specified.

Yes, if you have more than one device you are looking to sell, you can drop into one of our stores with your devices.

Alternatively, contact us on WhatsApp or through our website, with all your device information and we will get back to you with a quote for whatever you have to sell.

The initial price estimate you receive from us will be based on the device condition and any other information you supply to us about your device. The device model and storage capacity may also effect the price.

The price we offer you is subject to change upon receipt and inspection of your device. If the phone or device condition does not match what was communicated to us, you will be contacted with a new price.

Please Note: The price we offer you is only valid for a period of 14 days from when you first contact us about your device.

If you are not satisfied with the price we offer you for your device based on the information you give us, you can decide not to sell it to us.

If you sent your phone or device to us by post, we receive and we have inspected your device and it is in worse condition than you stated, we will contact you to let you know this and offer you a price based on the actual condition of your device.

If you choose not to accept the new price we offer, we can send your device back to you, free of charge.
